<image:caption>Explain to the group the protocol’s purpose and what pluses and deltas are. Prompt the team with debrief questions like: What specific actions helped us pursue our meeting and team objectives? What could we have done better to achieve them? Ask the team for either pluses or deltas and, after soliciting answers, move to the other side.</image:caption>

<image:title>About - About the Founder</image:title>
<image:caption>Greg Carlson is the Founder of Leading Well. As a leadership coach and consultant, he helps leaders and their teams tackle their toughest challenges. Prior to founding Leading Well, Greg built his career leading, designing, and coaching in schools across the globe. These organizations - based in Shanghai, New York City, Boston, Dallas, Shenzhen, and Washington, DC - share a commitment to agency and continuous improvement. He has presented at national and global conferences on leadership, learning, and assessment. Despite an active lifestyle in soccer and CrossFit, dedication to his work took a toll on Greg’s health. Six major hospitalizations in five years taught him the limits of leadership without sustainable well-being. His certifications include PN Sleep & Resilience Coach and OPEX CCP. Greg earned a B.A. in history from Yale University and an Ed.M. in school leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is certified as a Principal (Massachusetts). He lived abroad for five years and speaks Chinese, Spanish, and French.</image:caption>

<image:title>Executive Coaching - Executive Coaching: Lead with Strategic Intent</image:title>
<image:caption>Moving from Reactive Intensity to Intentional Leadership. Leading an organization is a high-stakes activity that often demands more energy than any one person can sustainably provide. Many leaders find themselves caught in a cycle of constant firefighting—reacting to immediate demands rather than driving a long-term vision. We believe that high-performance shouldn't come at the cost of your well-being or your team's health. Our coaching is a strategic partnership that helps you step back from the daily "noise" to lead with clarity, purpose, and a sustainable pace.</image:caption>
